V2043 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the v2043 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to change from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing or using the v2043 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Use of the v2043 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:
- At least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- A valid Malaysian citizen or resident.
- Not listed as a restricted individual under any applicable laws.
- Register only one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
V2043 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Users who fail to meet the eligibility criteria will have their account suspended or closed immediately.

Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. v2043 reserves the right to suspend or close any account found to contain false or incomplete information. Users are responsible for keeping their information current whenever changes occur.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact v2043 customer support immediately.
Terms of Use
Users are prohibited from using the v2043 platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform. The use of automated software, bots, or any other unauthorised means to access the platform is strictly forbidden.
Multiple Accounts Policy
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious violation and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any balances held within them.
Payment and Transaction Information
All transactions on the v2043 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. Using another person's payment method without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposits are processed using supported local payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to platform-defined limits and may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Withdrawal requests are processed within the stipulated timeframe, subject to identity verification and compliance with applicable rollover requirements. Withdrawals may only be made to an account held in the same user's name.
V2043 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard procedure to protect user accounts from unauthorised access and to ensure regulatory compliance.
V2043 is not liable for transaction delays caused by factors beyond the platform's control, including delays from banks or third-party payment system disruptions. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links
Platform Liability Limitation
V2043 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, service disruptions, or data loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, v2043 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of profits or data.
V2043's maximum total liability against any user claim is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the v2043 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and trade names — is the exclusive property of v2043 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from v2043.
Third-Party Links and Services
The v2043 platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services. v2043 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Suspension, and Closure
V2043 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms and conditions, including but not limited to the following situations:
- Fraud, misrepresentation, or any attempt to deceive the platform or other users.
- Providing false information during registration or transactions.
- Attempting to exploit system bugs or technical vulnerabilities.
- Violating Malaysian laws relating to gambling or online entertainment.
- Use of unauthorised or stolen payment methods.
Where an account is closed due to a violation, any remaining balance may be subject to investigation and forfeited if found to have been obtained through illegitimate means. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting v2043 customer support.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
V2043 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Users are advised to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through channels mutually agreed upon by both parties, and where necessary, through the appropriate courts of Malaysia.
